• Forums OHS policies and Procedures commitments to meeting legislative obligations, identifying safety, health and environmental risks, setting targets with measurable outcomes, consultation, and reporting on performance
• Forums OHS Policies and Procedures standard which specifies the requirements all our staff and subcontractors to follow to identify, assess and control safety, health and environmental risks.
• Audits, both internal and external, to verify implementation of the safety, health and environmental system.
• Performance reports, both internal and external
• Various Supervisors to oversee and assist change. These include a corporate safety, health and environment team, and site leaders in different business units.
